Forum + + moving photos from print to online album :

I have used the customer support message center twice to request my photos be moved from the print album to the online album when the printing is finished (if there are too many pictures just start at the begining and put as many as you can on), nut the messages have been sent back to my e-mail as undeliverable because your e-mail address do not exist. How can we get customer support if we can't send comments/problems?

Is this the email address you are using? PhotoCheap@yahoo.com

Also, it might be easier if you upload to the on line album and when you want to print you can transfer it to the print album. That way you don't have to wait for them to do it.

I am using the support customer service page on your website to report issues. I have sent 3 more e-mails on the probelm about the increased border size and smaller picture along with poor print quality and have yet to receive a reply either.

I have uploaded my photos, how can I see them online to make sure that are that photos that I want to print?
I have uploaded some photos at my Album but now I am unable to do it (it sayd there is an error with my connection, but I checked with the Internet Provider and other websites and everything is fine).
I sent you an e-mail to PhotoCheap@yahoo.com but it couldn't be delivered.
