Oly C5050 has a 3:2 mode, you can still crop your photos with an image editor.

Kodak cameras are one of the few brands out there that output in that size.

Change you image size on your camera, that way you do not have to crop that much. Or add more background that you do not mind cropping.

The Casio QV-R51 5 megapixel has a 3:2 mode as well. I just picked one up for $299 online at Circuit City.

You can crop your photos before uploading to avoid any funky looking bars on the sides. Adobe Photoshop Album has a crop/resize function that will do this practically automatically and in batches if you like. If you are looking for a fast and simple way to convert 100+ photos from digital size to 4x6 size in one step before uploading, this is the way to go.
