I was wondering if my orders are being printed. I had placed like 5 orders in one night. I would pay for an order then find more pictures and place another order. I have the reciept for all the orders I placed but there is only one order out of all of them that is processing. Is it a one at a time thing? Will I get all the pictures I ordered? I bought the pictures for a birthday present a week before the birthday and its now a week after and the orders have not processed. please let me know whats going on.

I am not happy with this at all. I spent 15.00 and got a dollars worth of my order. Now all my posts are deleted. is there a phone number where I can fix this mess?!?! I want a refund or my pictures!

I placed my first order last week and I've been wondering how long it's going to take to get the order, as I've got no idea right now what the status is of my order.. reading your question is making me look for the number as well just so I can ask somebody.

oops I'm sorry, i posted my question before i looked around for an answer.. i found that support menu bar link last night. Also I received an email last night that my order shipped. thanks! have a good day.

I placed an order eleven days ago and only see that the order is being printed. I had no idea it would take this long and would like a refund . . . how do I go about this?
