I recently purchased prepaid prints for $45 but still have not seen a credit of $50 under my account. What happened to my money??? How do I get a refund for this?

We had a little problem with PayPal so that payment is not valid. PayPal will cancel your payment so you need to place an new order with us. You can check with PayPal if you like.
